The first-ever FashionTV residential building is coming to Jumeirah Village Triangle, and the plans are impressive.
Leisure Like No Other
A collaboration between Danube Properties and FashionTV, Fashionz by Danube will have more than 700 apartments and some remarkable leisure spaces. Early plans include:
- A skating rink and trampoline park
- A fashion school and dance studio
- An outdoor cinema
- A Japanese garden and meditation room
- An outdoor chess set and padel court
- Restaurants, cafés and a rooftop bar with a pool
Residents will also have a doctor in the building on call for any health concerns.
Luxury, But Affordable
The building is marketed as luxury that is affordable, with apartments from Dhs850,000. Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Properties, said: "We wanted to bring glamour and luxury fashion into real estate. After all, our homes are an extension of who we are and where and how we live should reflect our lifestyles too. We wanted to offer this aspirational glamour to our buyers who are fond of all things luxurious but also affordable."
Pitched at Bollywood stars, the project has already drawn famous Indian visitors to Danube's offices, including Kartik Aryan, Sanjay Dutta, Govinda, Ankit Tiwari, Meet Bros, Kiku Sharda and Sunny Leone, the company reported.
