About Danube Properties
Danube Properties is the real estate development arm of Danube Group, the Dubai-based business group founded by Rizwan Sajan. The group began in 1993 as a single trading store in Deira and grew into a diversified group with building materials, home furnishings and property development divisions.

The Danube 1% payment plan
Danube Properties is best known for its 1% monthly payment plan. Buyers typically pay a down payment, then around 1% of the price each month during construction, with the balance due on or after handover. How to check a Danube project before you buy
Every off-plan project in Dubai must be registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and its Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and buyers' payments must go into the project's escrow account. Before paying a booking amount, confirm the project's registration and escrow details through DLD's official channels, such as the Dubai REST app, and make sure payments are made to the escrow account named in your sales agreement.
