UAE-based Danube Properties on April 27 celebrated completing 454 units in Starz and pre-completing 426 residences in Glamz, its fifth and sixth residential projects, with laser shows and fireworks.

Sold Out in 2016, Completed in 2019

Starz and Glamz sold out in 2016 and have been completed in record time, reflecting the developer's strong commitment to customers, Danube said in a statement. Once all 880 units are handed over, Danube will have delivered 1,711 homes worth Dh1.69 billion ($460 million), part of a portfolio of 5,019 residences worth Dh3.82 billion built up in less than five years since its first project, Dreamz, in June 2014.

The smart homes use the latest green and sustainable building technologies and include built-in wardrobes and modular furnishings, with upgraded materials more advanced than promised at launch. Amenities include a fully fitted gym, health club, swimming pool, large reception area, landscaped community areas and ample parking, all at an affordable price with a 1 per cent monthly payment plan.

Close to the Metro

On handover, residents will have a metro station two minutes' walk from Glamz and three minutes from Starz, the developer said, with the Expo 2020 site 7–10 minutes away by metro and Al Maktoum International Airport 15 minutes from the nearest station.
