As of March 2025, Danube Properties had more than 21,000 residential units and had launched 34 projects, 18 delivered and 16 under construction.
In 2024 it launched Bayz 101 and Bayz 102, towers of more than 100 floors, and in April 2025 it completed Opalz five months ahead of schedule. Danube Properties oversees a sellable area of 15 million sq ft, valued at more than $7.1 billion.
