Danube's New Brand Ambassador

Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, said the company will start processing long-term residency and Golden Visas for investors meeting the $544,000, $1.3 million and $2.7 million thresholds from September 2022, when the process begins.

Project Details
With a built-up area of 49,238 sqm on a 9,383 sqm plot, the 14-storey project will have 270 apartments: 24 studios, 74 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom apartments, plus 16 duplexes. Intelligent furnishings and convertible layouts make the most of the space, and spacious apartments come with a swimming pool on the balcony.
Gemz is the third project Danube has launched since October, and the second within two months of the $81.7 million Pearlz in Al Furjan, launched in March 2022. With Gemz, its portfolio exceeds 8,272 units worth more than $1.5 billion, of which 4,556 units worth $989 million have been delivered, nearly two-thirds of the portfolio's value.
With the highest launch-to-delivery ratio among UAE developers, Danube Group has delivered Bayz, Glamz, Starz, Resortz and Lawnz, and has recently delivered projects such as Bayz and Miraclz.
