Danube Properties is launching two towers, each rising more than 100 levels, on the same street in Business Bay, Dubai. The announcement was made by Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan at a press event in Dubai on Wednesday evening.
Two Towers on Al Mustaqbal Street
Both properties are on Al Mustaqbal Street in Business Bay, within walking distance of Business Bay Metro Station and close to the Burj Khalifa. The decision to launch Bayz 102 follows Sajan's revelation that more than 80% of units in its sister tower, Bayz 101, have already been sold.
Both towers are expected to take about four years to build, with completion anticipated in 2028. Bayz 102 will be one floor taller than Bayz 101 and will feature a helipad for sky taxis.
"We are thrilled to introduce this project, which not only sets a new benchmark for high-rise living but also paves the way for the future of urban transportation in Dubai," said Sajan in a statement. "As the city prepares to embrace sky taxis, we are proud to be at the forefront of this innovation, offering residents the convenience of cutting-edge mobility right at their doorstep," he added.
Amenities
Bayz 102 will house 1,300 fully furnished ultra-luxury homes, including studios and 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, according to Danube Properties. As well as the helipad for sky taxis (eVTOLs), it is expected to offer more than 40 amenities, including a health club, swimming pool, jogging track, sports arena, business centre, sky bar, BBQ area, table tennis room, basketball court, climbing wall, outdoor cinema and on-call medical services, along with retail outlets.

Danube Properties is also developing Oasiz in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The development will include retail outlets and access to the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line, which will connect Dubai Silicon Oasis with other key communities.
"Dubai Silicon Oasis has seen a significant increase in demand due to its strategic location and the upcoming infrastructure developments, such as the Blue Line Metro extension," said Sajan. "With the relocation of the airport to Dubai South and the growing popularity of communities along E311 and E611, we expect Oasiz to offer excellent returns for investors," he added.
Buyers can also take advantage of Danube's well-known 1 per cent payment plan, which allows them to buy a property for Dhs6,690 a month at 0% interest.
