Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt has been announced as the new brand ambassador for Danube Group, at the launch of Danube Properties' latest project, Gemz.

Danube Properties, the UAE's pioneer in affordable property development and one of its most dynamic private developers, launched Gemz, a Dh350 million luxury project with spacious homes and convertible layouts that turn a one-bedroom into a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom into a three-bedroom. In the Heart of Al Furjan

Gemz will be built in Al Furjan, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road: four minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road, two minutes from the proposed metro line, 10 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, and close to Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall. The district is one of Dubai's most popular, with pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, schools, hospitals, clinics and hotels nearby, offering a peaceful, family-oriented lifestyle with plenty of green space.

What Rizwan Sajan Said

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said the company will begin processing long-term residency and Golden Visas for investors who meet the Dh2 million, Dh5 million and Dh10 million thresholds from September 2022.

Project Details

The 14-storey project, with a built-up area of 530,000 sq ft on a 101,000 sq ft plot, has 24 studios, 74 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom apartments, plus 16 duplexes, many with a swimming pool on the balcony.

Gemz is Danube's third launch since October and its second within two months of the Dh300 million Pearlz in Al Furjan. Danube's portfolio now exceeds 8,272 units worth more than Dh5.7 billion, with 4,556 units worth Dh3.63 billion delivered. It has delivered Bayz, Glamz, Starz, Resortz and Lawnz, and more recently Bayz and Miraclz.
