Danube Properties, the UAE's pioneer in affordable property development and one of its most dynamic private developers, has launched Gemz, a Dh350 million luxury residential project with pyramid-shaped architecture and spacious homes with convertible layouts, so a one-bedroom can become a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom a three-bedroom.

A New Brand Ambassador

Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, Danube Properties' new brand ambassador, attended the packed launch press conference.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said the company will start processing long-term residency and Golden Visas for investors who meet the Dh2 million, Dh5 million and Dh10 million thresholds from September 2022, when the process begins.

Project Details

With a built-up area of 530,000 sq ft on a 101,000 sq ft plot, the 14-storey project will have 270 apartments: 24 studios, 74 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom apartments, plus 16 duplexes. Intelligent furnishings and convertible layouts maximise space, and spacious apartments include a swimming pool on the balcony.

Gemz is Danube's third project launched since October, and its second within two months of launching the Dh300 million Pearlz in Al Furjan in March 2022. With Gemz, its portfolio exceeds 8,272 units with a combined development value of more than Dh5.7 billion, of which 4,556 units worth Dh3.63 billion have been delivered, nearly two-thirds of the portfolio's value.

With the highest launch-to-delivery ratio among UAE developers, Danube Group has delivered Bayz, Glamz, Starz, Resortz and Lawnz, and has recently delivered projects such as Bayz and Miraclz.
