Danube Properties, the UAE's fastest-growing private developer, has delivered its Pearlz project six months ahead of schedule. Launched in 2022 and located in Al Furjan, Dubai, Pearlz has a built-up area of 480,179 sq ft, with 300 modern units and retail outlets.
The units were handed over at an open house opened by Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department, together with Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group.

As well as standard amenities such as tennis courts, play areas and swimming pools, Pearlz offers:

- An anti-current swimming pool
"We have already delivered numerous projects and well within time, if not ahead of schedule," said Sajan.
The 1% Payment Plan
Known as Dubai's "1% Man", Rizwan Sajan introduced the 1% payment plan for Danube's projects, attracting strong interest from local and international buyers. Bollywood stars and Indian television celebrities, who visit Dubai frequently for work, have also been keen to own a home through the plan.
All Danube Properties apartments are fully furnished and come with more than 40 facilities and amenities, including a health club, swimming pools, jogging track, sports arena, working space, business centre, meeting areas, tennis court, barbecue area and doctors on call. Danube also offers homeowners a 10-year Golden Visa if they meet the investment criteria, subject to government approval.
A Strong Delivery Record
The developer has already delivered many projects in Dubai, including Jewelz, Wavez, Elz, Lawnz, Bayz, Miraclz, Glamz, Starz, Glitz 1, Glitz 2, Glitz 3 and Dreamz.
Its latest project, Diamondz, in the heart of Dubai at JLT, launched three weeks ago as its second luxury project of 2024 and will feature Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's "Being Strong" gym equipment, one of the many collaborations Danube uses to delight its customers.
